Use case
Client security questionnaires, grounded in evidence.
When a client asks “prove it,” you need more than policy language and screenshots. PROVE produces a reviewer-ready file package from Microsoft 365 — so your answers are traceable, repeatable, and consistent across reviewers.
What you reuse (instead of improvising every time)
The goal isn’t a “perfect score.” The goal is a defensible, consistent evidence bundle you can hand to reviewers.
Digital Evidence Binder
A versioned binder mapped to declared compliance standard(s) with explicit outcomes and reviewer-friendly language.
Evidence Index (the receipts)
Traceability: where each answer comes from, which evidence supports it, and when it was exported.
Governance Worklist
Items that require policy/process proof (ownership, review steps) — separated from automated configuration evidence.
Optional add-on: Evidence Pack (custodian-only)
Some reviewers request raw exports. The Evidence Pack is an optional add-on delivered to a named custodian with a handling guide. It is never assumed or bundled silently.
How this reduces questionnaire friction
- You stop re-answering the same questions from scratch (and contradicting yourself across reviewers).
- You can clearly separate “tenant configuration proof” from items marked “Evidence Required” or “Attestation Required.”
- You can show scope and standard(s) up front, so reviewers interpret results correctly.
- If required evidence cannot be collected, PROVE returns a Deliverability Blocker Report — not a partial, misleading binder.
