These terms govern your use of CertCrush, published by JGS Development (a division of JGS Cloud Compliance LLC). By purchasing, downloading, or using CertCrush, you agree to these terms.
CertCrush is an independent educational study tool designed to help you prepare for the CompTIA® Security+® SY0-701 certification exam. It is not an official CompTIA product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA, Inc.
CertCrush is a study aid. It does not guarantee that you will pass the CompTIA Security+ exam or any other certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including your study habits, prior experience, exam conditions, and the version of the exam administered. CertCrush is one resource among many you should use to prepare.
All questions, study guides, PBQ drills, acronym cards, and explanations in CertCrush are original content written to align with the published SY0-701 exam objectives. While we strive for accuracy, content is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Your purchase of CertCrush grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your own devices for your own educational purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the content.

CompTIA® and Security+® are registered trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. All other trademarks referenced in the application belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes under nominative fair use.
CertCrush does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All study progress is stored locally on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you purchased CertCrush (Google Play or Apple App Store). JGS Development honors the refund policies of those platforms. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the app from functioning, contact support@cloudjgs.com and we will work to resolve it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JGS Development and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CertCrush, including but not limited to loss of data, exam failure, or lost professional opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to CertCrush shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of CertCrush after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
